Companionship And Mental health Benefits of Owning a Dog

To those who have had the pleasure of having a pet around knows what it means to have one. Dogs are commonly referred to as, "Man's Best friend" because of the loyalty, affection, and love they have for their humans. It's often said that dogs are man's best friend, in fact, Josh Billings once said that a dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than you love yourself. A study done by Southern California Medical Clinic shows how dog owners or people who have dogs in their households live healthier and longer lives.
